7 Account Closure & Suspension

Ku9i com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice, for any reason. This action is typically taken under the following circumstances:

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• If a court order or directive from a regulatory authority is received
• For self-exclusion requested by the user

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the real-money balance will be refunded. However, funds may be forfeited in cases of fraud or Terms violations.
